Refund and Return Policy

At Cleanviq, we stand behind every product we sell. If a Cleanviq product does not meet your expectations, we will make it right.

Lifetime Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Cleanviq product for any reason, contact us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a short video or photo showing the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.

Change of Mind Returns

For orders paid online, you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described above. Change-of-mind returns for COD orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your request.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with your order number.
  2. Share photos or a short video showing the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will confirm the return and provide pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • For online payments, refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if the product itself is defective.
